Hmm.. Half of the things you talk go right over my head  :D .. anyways, So, I have to download v60 which I already have AND then I have to rename the files from Linspirat .. Right? Can you please give the file names so I could copy  :D

I downloaded the one compatible with 114 mb.  :D.. DOwnloading the other one ( 113 mb) now...  :D

Is there any risk in flashing the phone with this v60 core file ? or risk in  renaming ROFS2? :-/

No risk mate :P

Your phone will not be dead permanently :D

Flashing with proper files will get your phone back to life :)

Good day ladies and gentlemen.

First of all ,thank you to all the hardworking people that made this possible.

Having read the entire topic (plus any topic used as reference) during the last few days, I still have some questions before flashing LinsPirat on X6 RM-559:

1. Which version provides the best performance/battery life ratio? C6 or N97 port?

2. Is it possible to add languages to the CFW? I want to add French and Arabic, and not only as input languages. For that, I know the 32 Input language mod exists :D

3. About the Maps issue, what should one do ?

Oh, and if anyone made some changes that seem noteworthy, please tell me.

Excuse my bad english :D

Thank you in advance, and good day.

I repost this in case it was skipped.  :troll:

1. Both C6 and N97 gives same battery backup (It is how a cfw is optimized to give better battery backup and not dependent on the C6/N97 port as whole)

2. Yes, it is possible to add languages. :)

3. Use the uda file provided with this cfw or you can try to paste the latest maps file into rofs2 from here: Latest Ovi Maps V3.06 English for CFW :)
