100% work on C6-00. also should work on port C6. You can lock screen by pressing on proximity sensor, or just  moving hand over the sensor. features: 1) screen just blocks, and doesn'n unlock (like it was in app PocketLock) 2) screen blocks only when QWERTY keypad is closed 3) when locking the phone vibrates 1 time 4) No battery drain! :) :) unpack archive to C: (c2z not needed) or to ROFS2

Yup it does.

The phone will not unlock automatically if something is not close to proximity sensor after locking off once.

This is the difference pointed out in OP. I don't know the rest.
