And I believe the flashing process isnt 100% perfectly done....always try to use uda.fspx file for flashing so that no repositories are left in your phone and you get a Fresh installation. Also the folders such as private, resource, sys, system should be deleted from memory card before flashing. For now, you try to do a hard reset and see if the problem gets solved.
