Cos i used xplore to look into my resource folded at the drive c yet i didn't c anythin like that. if ur talking about the zipmanager.mif, its not in drive C:, u will have to extract the rofs files which u use to flash and open it using nokia firmware editor (NFE 0.3) can be found in this forum itself, then look for zipmanager.mif or something in that resource folder. Once u find that *.mif file delete it and then Click on the option repack. Once that is done just reflash ur phone using the same method u always use. It will resolve this issue. About the QT just install the qt pack i mentioned some pages back. And u wont have any problems installing qt apps. hope this helped.
