Perhaps money issue, and DIY is better for learning ;D

Only after you have no idea anymore, you can call the police, eum, I mean, the technician :P

I called a nearest technician but he was not able to do. If tomorrow also i'm not able to do i will take it to the place where i bought it

Try it on another Mobo. If it's not working too, then you should go to ask for a replacement if there is still a warranty. But if it works, then it's your Mobo that need to be changed.
