Manual method always works He is doing manual selection itself... @crnair: Copy paste all the 6 files (or 7, might be) to C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\Products\RM-356 Tick dead usb, manual flash and normal mode option in jaf untick CMT 308 Tick "Use INI" a selection box would appear...select the phone model check all the three lights glow: MCU, PPM and APE-Variant make sure u connect ur phone in switch off mode (remove the battery and re-insert it) Click "FLash" button in JAF A message would appear as "PRESS POWER ON NOW!....."
