You will need to use the original staticfeatures.dll file in ROM. Many cfw makers remove the mini qwerty as the layout of mini qwerty had bugs due to the N8 3x10 qwerty layout integration. using the original staticfeatures.dll will get you back the mini qwerty It has nothing to do with theme
