Yes it is possible. Sis file is just a package of files supporting Nokia Symbian platform. You can create themes, apps, games in .sis nature For making themes, you can use carbide UI software provided by Nokia For making apps in QT, you will need to use QT SDK package For making regular Symbian C++ apps, use the Symbian SDK package

Its not so easy as you think....You will need to learn either QML programming language or Symbian C++

Even I dont know much about it. But I am planning to learn QML soon

But before doing any of these you have to learn the Symbian architecture first. Otherwise you wont know what to do even if you know the programming language.

yup, thatz the worst part.... I dont think anyone will bother to learn symbian platform now (atleast me).

So, I will try my hands on QML and design some QT apps for Symbian.....
