Pls give your valuable suggestion. 2. What is custom ROM? Is it just like CFW in Symbian? Does it increases the performance of the phone or changes the looks of the Phone? 3. If I buy an Android Phone which has OS Froyo 2.2.x or Gingerbread 2.3.x can I upgrade it to the latest OS (ICS) ? If yes pls suggest a phone I can get under 10k that can be upgraded.
