The steps for the installation are :

wipe data and factory reset (highly recommented)

Install the Main ROM 1.3 (important: dont install siyah kernel yet )

install aokp gapps

Reboot

after reboot u can install siyah kernel but camera app start to crash again ( default CM9 KERNEL works great without problem)
