LOL size was too small i used online converter rather than connecting my HDD and installing soft 

HERE is a revised version of same mod by XXTHE .

Procedure :

DOWNLOAD THIS FOLDER : - HERE

2. Delete Framework-res.apk from this folder .

3. Paste the new revised framework-res.apk in this folder now . DOWNLOAD REVISED FRAMEWORK-RES.APK

Now in  the modified(deleted old framework-res.apk with revised one) folder press shift while right click in empty space and select open command prompt here .

Connect your phone in debugging mode .

Now run these commands in the CMD.


adb remount
adb push framework-res.apk /system/framwork/framework-res.apk
adb shell
su

Here is some mod with framework and system UI by xxthe . What actually this mod does is it changes the Signal bar, bluetooth, wi-fi, silent, vibrate and battery is changed to stock ICS blue.

And what framework-res mod does is chages the toggle switches of wifi and bluetooth in settings .

Procedure :

The below procedure is to apply both System UI and framework-res together in one go . If you only want 1 mod than scroll down a bit .

1. Download This folder And in the folder press shift while right click in empty space and select open command prompt here .

Connect your phone in debugging mode .


Run the following command one by one .


adb remount
adb push SystemUI.apk /system/app/SystemUI.apk
adb push framework-res.apk /system/framwork/framework-res.apk
adb shell
su
reboot [img width=608 height=420]

For framework only .

1. Download This folder And in the folder press shift while right click in empty space and select open command prompt here .

Connect your phone in debugging mode .

no no need of android sdk . Just download my folder and follow the instructions . And yes SD card should be mounted .

PM Reply : - make sure usb debugging is enabled . And follow the steps bro They are already very simple .

In the blank are right click while shift is pressed . And than select open command window here . And than paste the codes. Also you can open the cmd directly and cd into that directory . That will be the same thing.

if this had been cwm 6 than it was possible to do w/o SD card   . BTW now you can unplug the SD if u borrowed or something like that . phone will remain rooted

yups it is .

Make sure your SD card is working fine . test it by connecting to pc through Sd card reader . If error persists report me again

I messed up with that also My phone doesn't get recognized in fastboot mode . So I fixed some things and came up with this solution .

For Gingerbread users.

1. BE BRAVE DON'T GET SCARED OFF NOTHING CAN HAPPEN .

2. Download This Folder  --> Pantech Burst Root GB  ( personally checked and uploaded on a secure hosting )

3. Enable USB debugging on your device by Going to setting->Application->Development->USB debugging(tick this).

4. Connect Your phone with PC And make sure its recognizable .

5. Open ADB by Holding shift in the folder (Pantech burst root ) you have the ADB files (pantech burst root GB) and than right click than open  command prompt here.

( Simply in the folder(pantech burst root) you have adb files --> Hold shift whole press right click and in that menu click open command prompt here . )

6. Run the following command , in ADB .


ADB reboot Bootloader
7. Than You'll see a new screen in your phone written Fastboot mode.

8. Run another command in ADB now ,


fastboot boot prestoroot.img 9. In few seconds your phone will be rooted and than reboot your phone .

10.  Download this superuser App from play store .

7. Than select that  ' Superuser-3.0.7-efghi-signed.zip ' From the Sd Card ( Note In the command
adb push Superuser-3.0.7-efghi-signed.zip /sdcard/external_sd/ ( We pasted that file in your SD card . )
8. You Need to repeat same steps means install from zip and flash  ' Superuser-3.0.7-efghi-signed.zip ' several times Till something success or like done appears .

9. Reboot your phone and Now You have a Rooted Pantech Burst Running on ICS .

Geo-Domain
Refers to domain names that are region or country or locally specific. An example might be Canada.com. Geo-domain specialists are consulted or hired as appraisers on high-value geo-names.

gTLD aka Generic Top Level Domain
Most TLDs with three or more characters are referred to as “generic” TLDs, or “gTLDs”. They can be subdivided into two types, “sponsored” TLDs (sTLDs) and “unsponsored TLDs (uTLDs), as described in more detail below. In the 1980s, seven gTLDs (.com, .edu, .gov, .int, .mil, .net, and .org) were created. Domain names may be registered in three of these (.com, .net, and .org) without restriction; the other four have limited purposes. Over the next twelve years, various discussions occurred concerning additional gTLDs, leading to the selection in November 2000 of seven new TLDs for introduction. These were introduced in 2001 and 2002. Four of the new TLDs (.biz, .info, .name, and .pro) are unsponsored. The other three new TLDs (.aero, .coop, and .museum) are sponsored. GNSO aka Generic Names Supporting Organization
The GNSO is the successor to the responsibilities of the Domain Name Supporting Organization (DNSO; see below) that relate to the generic top-level domains. The GNSO is the body of six constituencies, as follows: the Commercial and Business constituency, the gTLD Registry constituency, the ISP constituency, the non-commercial constituency, the registrar’s constituency, and the IP constituency.

IDN aka Internationalized Domain Names
IDN is the acronym for Internationalized Domain Names and refers to a domain name that contains one or more non ASCII characters. These domain names have the ability to use characters from non-English languages such as Chinese or Arabic. Because traditional domain names do not allow for use of these characters, the IDN was adopted to provide non English speaking users with the ability to register domain names in their native language.

InterNIC
The name given to a project that originated under a cooperative agreement with the National Science Foundation (NSF).

IETF aka Internet Engineering Task Force
The IETF is a large open international community of network designers, operators, vendors, and researchers concerned with the evolution of the Internet architecture and the smooth operation of the Internet. It is open to any interested individual.

IP aka Internet Protocol
The communications protocol underlying the Internet, IP allows large, geographically diverse networks of computers to communicate with each other quickly and economically over a variety of physical links.
