After you have completed till Step 7 in this, open the resource folder. Delete effects folder. Paste your effects folder there. Certificates - IDK. For Sis Files, scroll down to the SisContents part in the above link. There, a tutorial for integrating sis apps is there. Smileys - Please tell which is your base firmware. Hope I helped. After dat i hv flash my 5233 with original core,uda,rofs3 & Rofs2 dat i hv modified. I changed effects on. Bt still no effects works....
