The fact is Galaxy Y can not play High-Resolution mp4 video which is higher than 640*340. Please consider solution using 3-rd app: 1) Search and install "MX Player". 2) Download video with InstaDownloader. 3) In tab "Recent Files", choose "Folder icon". 4) From option list, choose "Select Viewer" and choose MX Player.
