For example: If I wanted to resize hiberfil.sys to be 100%, I would type the command below exactly.

what's benefit to decrease the size of Hyberfil.sys

A hynerfil.sys is used for save the all information on ram in hibernating process .......... it is Hibernating file.. if your Hibernating is enabled than this file will be present in C:\ or where your windows is installed..... the hyberfil.sys size depend on your ram.......... if your ram is 3 gb than hyberfil.sys will be 3GB......... with  decease size you can save more space

or

disable hibernate in windows will be delete your hyberfil.sys file automatically without any problem........ that's it

hyberfil.sys is a hidden file , if you want to see than you have to tick show hidden files and folder and untick show system protected folder..something like that........:D
