SO guys its very dificut to resist the stamina when a player plays with us. Sometimes the rally becoms long and u loose the point due to the stamina poimnt so here’s the tutorial to increase on court running speed..

1.The above image dipicts an actual badminton court..

2.The star marks are your destination…

3.The start mark on the buttom left and upper right is your first place go to the center star mark in 2 steps..

4.Then don’t rotate your body and come to the extreme right lower or upper star mark in 2 steps..

5.Repeat this exercise many times before playing..

6.This will increase the spped on court in terms of picking shuttles fastly..
