Credits: Ancelad As we all know, the new Nokia Belle Kinetic scroll is a bit sluggish when compared with Anna or previous versions. Here is a great mod by Ancelad to rectify it and get a smooth and faster Kinetic scroll in Nokia Belle. New TweakS plugin provided with the package
