oskuraa Posted February 3, 2012 Report Share Posted February 3, 2012 Hello dear friends, I have a problem with my nokia 5530, when I download some applications I can not install them. then doing a manual installation .. while the QT install gives me this error "pips installer is not upgradable 10257" AND THEN "swi 0 resource error openc locales.txt" ... (I think) but I have already downloaded this package .... and I am unable to install any application that has the QT .. For hard reset : Switch off your phone press and hold RED + GREEN + Camera Button and then press Power button Keep the three buttons pressed untill it shows "Nokia" Logo at startup Your phone will be reset !!!
