How to add in Chinese language into custom firmware

I notice that atmost 100% of the cfw for download in the modding board have no chinese language input. Can any one help me how to input chinese language into the cfw. Thank you.

Oh not again. The download links for Language packs (for v41) are not working. Any new sources for downloading the Chinese Prc language. Please help me. Thanks.
