open up carbide and select the element you want. and select your svg. when it asks to split it, press on yes. then, in the properties window in the right, you will see the image of you selected svg divided in 9 parts. copy each part from there and paste it in your hard drive

How to select/open element? It can only open tdf files.

Also when I tried to install any plugin, it says failed, no internet connection available.

when you have opened a new theme, select the element in the gui editor and then follow the above instructions.

for the plugin, you have to put it manually and restart carbide.
