Unlock Vodafone zte K3770z Modem

This modem can be unlocked via dashboard change
After Unlocking speed almost double up 7.2 to 14.4 mbps

Download these files:
You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

Steps for proper flashing K3770

1 plug in k3770z
2 let the modem install original software with drivers
3 check in device manager for all installed ports
4 now uninstall the original vodafone software
5 open the links download the attachments extract on desktop
6 open K3770z downloader_original.exe
7 Ignore any errors wait till downloader detects port and modem version
8 click on software version
9 browse to K3770z Unlock_file folder
10 click the big arrow button next to version info window
11 flashing will be started

Warning: Never close the tool when download procedure is running,
such operations maybe seriously damage the card permanently

Your modem will be flashed to accept all sim
Enjoy !!!

Sorry for another useless post but is this thing same as Vodafone Connect 3G USB Stick?
And, if so, 599 bucks per month for 14.4 Mbps (Even 7.2) with Unlimited data, is really a good value for money!!!

Let me know if I will follow all the steps you had given here, the vodafone deshboard goes away? Does it install automatically while i plug in other pcs?
Today I uses BSNL 3g sim in this modem and Join Air software to use sim other then vodafone but with this i have to connect 5-6 time and then i gets suggess. While i have to use it on other pc, i have to install the drivers and join air again over there.
I want to get rid of this process ... please let me know that does this steps makes my stick as sim lockfree as well as voda deshboard free ....
I am waiting for your repliy .... Please guide me further.

i also own a vodafone 3770z stick

when i unlocked it with this method, it replaced the vodafone dashboard with a chinese dashboard
now, u need to create a new profile according to your sim n it'll be connected easily..

N u need to install the dashboard everytime u plug in it in any new computer coz its essential for working of the stick as it install the drivers to b required by the stick

NikShiP... Hw long is it gonna show running? approx time? I followed ur steps.. i clicked on Green arrow button after selecting the required unlock file! It jus says running... so far its 20 min n it still says running... but beside running thing i have something being displayed which says " Ready,Now press the download button to start the update " but i dnt find any download button! I hope im on the right track! please let me know if i have done a mistake somewhere!!
