for the *#0000# screen u need to edit the text files present in rofs2\resource\versions
to change the profile name, u need to edit the 0x2 string of 101f8798.txt file present in private\10202be9\

i think it semi solved.
after edit the 0x2 string of 101f8798.txt i am able to change the "operating system name" as a text but i want it as a word-art(like HWAK in the attached pic). plz help me regarding on this. thanks in advance.

By changing 0x2 string ur profile name must have changed the operating system name is changed from sw.txt

i got these to modification but it displayed as a text. Am using HAWK cfw in this operating system name and profile name looks like word-art not a simple text.

Simply remove the whole name from the sw.txt and add yours

Yup he's right its a symbol. Create your own in fontcreator.
