Here is a great application that helps you to change the shortcuts of the app 'Extra Buttons' like a boss as said by the creator!

This app allows you to change your menubar shortcuts like a boss.
Make sure you have extra buttons installed before running. if you haven't installed it the app will give you an error.

2 shortcuts-   You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
3 shortcuts-   You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
5 shortcuts-   You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
IMP: 5 shortcut version by marcingp is NOT supported.(for now)

Changing the shortcuts is pretty straightforward.
the order of buttons will be shown in a (bad) diagram.
Press on Options-> Change button #.
A list with all the installed apps will come up. Select the app of you're choice.
If you don't select apps for all shortcuts, the default/original values (not last used) will be used. ;D

Click on start and DO NOT press any key/touch screen till the app exits.
The app will first close the menubar application, change the settings and then start the menubar app again. So no extra work for you.

For advanced users:
This app identifies the version installed by checking the file size of the settings.ini file. if you wish to modify other parts of the settings.ini file manually, after editing note the size of the edited file in bytes. then open options.txt from !:\private\e7b6f096. the file sizes are stored in the following order-

Code: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

size of 2 shortcut settings.ini file
size of 3 shortcut settings.ini file
size of 5 shortcut settings.ini fileedit the appropriate value with the file size of your file. if you mess up the options.txt file, just delete it,a new file with default values will be generated automatically the next time you start the app. 8)
